More Adaptation Practice!

Remember what we learned about adaptations:

Step 4- New Animal Survival
1. You will be assigned to a team of ecologists.
2. Your team of ecologists have discovered a new animal in the tundra biome and it is not surviving there. You need help this animal form adaptations in order to survive in a new biome on Earth.
3. Based on the adaptations of your new animal, you need to persuade members of BEANS (Biome Ecologists for the Advancement of New Species) of the suitability of this new animal to survive in your given biome of the world. 
4. Based on your research, the team should select the adaptations best suited to survive in the given biome for the new animal. 
5. You can use the online resources found on the Science resources page to help support your decision.  
6. The team should create an argument, using the Animal Adaptation Planning Sheet provided explaining why the animal is best suited for life in your given biome. This includes:
** physical and behavioral adaptations necessary for living in the climate, avoiding predators, and accessing food sources.
